  3. pick 2 - 3 from relax activities list => do it daily (can be just a few minute a day)
  4. if ur too exhaust to think of anything - touch grass (find nearest spot of nature and stay there) for 30 minutes

be familiar with rest
= more confidence when dealing with stress
